Back in September 14th I published an article titled “Politics, Trump, And The Russian Connection”. This article was at the time an Hypothesis of what the possible ties were to Trump with Russia through members of his campaign staff and business ties. Since the writing of that article much has happened to confirm much of what I have previously written. This is a follow up on that article and a projection of the possible consequences of a Trump presidency.
Many of those tea party republicans that support Trump also Tied Obama's hands in taking action against Russia when they invaded the Ukraine and supporting the rebels wanting to move against Assad in Syria. Now Russia is establishing a permanent presence in Syria and wants to re-establish military bases in Vietnam and Cuba. Considering Trumps admiration and support for Putin he may very well allow Putin to establish a permanent military presence just 100 miles off American shores posing a direct threat to the very security of our nation.
Our country should be very worried. The tea party republicans that were a part of the 47 that attempted to undermine nuclear negotiations between the US, Britain, France, Russia, China, and Germany are also part of the same group in congress professing admiration for the leader of Russia’s Vladimir Putin and they have found a champion in Trump. Russia has expanded its aggressive tactics into the Ukraine and is now declaring that it will keep a military presence in Syria. Russia has also recently expressed interest in re-establishing former Military Bases in Vietnam and Cuba.
Russia considers military bases in Vietnam and Cuba: agencies
WORLD NEWS | Fri Oct 7, 2016 | 2:41pm EDT(Russia is considering plans to restore military bases in Vietnam and Cuba that had served as pivots of Soviet global military power during the Cold War, Russian news agencies quoted Russian Deputy Defence Minister Nikolai Pankov as saying on Friday.)
Representative Joaquin Castro (TX-20), Democratic party in an interview on CNN inferred that there is currently an open investigation on Trump and his aides into their possible ties to Vladimer Putin and Russia. They are expanding their sphere of influence through surrogates with ties to the Russian oligarchy such as Carter Page who is an adviser to Trump on foreign policy issues,
Officials Investigating Top Trump Aide's Ties To Russia
(Multiple sources told Yahoo! News that Carter Page, one of Trump's foreign policy advisers who has praised Vladimir Putin on many occasions and has investments with Russia's state-run gas company, Gazprom, has been in talks with high-ranking Russian government officials about Trump potentially lifting economic sanctions if he wins the presidency. Senior members of Congress learned of this during several briefings regarding Russia's potential attempts to infiltrated the presidential election, the sources said.)
Paul Manafort who still acts as an adviser to Trump,
Can Trump chairman Paul Manafort survive new Ukraine revelations
(“Handwritten ledgers show $12.7 million in undisclosed cash payments designated for Mr. Manafort from (Viktor) Yanukovych’s pro-Russian political party from 2007 to 2012, according to Ukraine’s newly formed National Anti-Corruption Bureau.)
Rupert Murdoch whose actions through his publications are considered partly responsible for Brexit and the fracturing of the European Union, Julian Assange the head of Wiki Leaks who acts as a conduit for Russian hacked e-mails and is currently hiding out in the Ecuadorean Embassy in London, and Steve Bannon who is chief editor of Breitbart News providing a stream of conspiracy theories, half truths, and lies that foment unrest and divisiveness between right wing militias and white supremacists with the federal government.
This sphere of influence by Russia is now expanding into American politics at the highest level of government through Russian connections with Trump and his top aides who are using fear mongering and the gutter tactics of Steve Bannon the managing editor of Breitbart, and Ruport Murdoch who owns Fox News (The channel was created by Australian-American media mogul Rupert Murdoch, who hired former Republican Party media consultant and CNBC executive Roger Ailes as its founding CEO) to stoke the fires of hatemonger’s and conspiracy theorist to divide and weaken America. Trump wants to isolate America from world events, further weaken the European Union, eliminate Nato destroy or weaken current alliances, and destroy the American Economy as his policies reduces our ability to have access to world resources required for current technologies.
A Trump presidency would weaken or destroy the United Nations and isolate America while increasing Russia’s ability to expand its influence on the America political system as our economy implodes as well as Allow Russia to solidify its foothold in countries they currently occupy and expand into other nations around the world. We would find that at the end of Trumps term in office we would face a world in which Russia was at our very door with few allies and even our closest ties on the world stage once again under the threat of communism.
